Shipping policy

All Chocolate Fondue Mug orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once processed, your order will be transferred to our trusted shipping partners for delivery.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your region.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity, customs, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.
3. Courier Delays & Liability
The Chocolate Fondue Mug team is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs inspections, severe weather, or any circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once tracking shows the package has been shipped.
4. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
Orders placed after December 5th may not arrive before Christmas in certain areas.
We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for any order placed after this date.
High seasonal demand may extend delivery times.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
The Chocolate Fondue Mug team is not liable for packages that fail to arrive due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Any reshipping fees resulting from address issues must be paid by the customer.
6. International Shipping & Customs Fees
The Chocolate Fondue Mug ships worldwide.
International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chocmug@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
For lost packages, customers should contact the courier directly using the tracking details provided.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but claimed as not received.
